OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Westborough offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. We offer registered nurse coverage around the clock, each and every day. Our staff is committed to our mission, and over 19 members have been with us for at least 10 years.

We have a 41 bed secured Alzheimer's/Dementia unit, offering a supportive and therapeutic environment.  Our staff is trained in clinical care and is well-versed in the recent advances in Alzheimer's and related dementia.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

Though conveniently located close to Route 495, the Mass Pike, and Route 9, our center is situated at the end of a very private street, and provides a quiet setting for our patients and residents. Visitors can enjoy local shopping and other amenities nearby.
